    Locating directory for SiteOnline image files using IIS 6.0

    Adding background images and navigation maps require you to know where SiteOnline website is located on the server.  SiteOnline is usually set up as an independent website using specific host headers for access.

    • Log onto WebServer as a user with Administrator privilages 
    • Open the Control Panel
    • Open Administrative Tools
    • Select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
    • Expand the WebSite
    • Locate the SiteOnline website, right click and select Properties
    • Select the Web Site tab
    • Next to IP click the advanced button  
    •  
    • The Web Site Identification is shown, now verify the website to be updated is in the list, if not start over and select a different website from the list.
    • If the website is located in the list click cancel at the bottom.
    • Select the Home Directory tab from the properties window.
    • In the Local Path box the root directory for the web site is listed
    • All image files are stored in the Image subdirectory of the listed root directory.
    • Beneath the Images subdirectory are several directories, the two key directories are
      • Logos - used for storing rebranding logos for the website
      • Maps - used for storing navigation maps and images
